Natural Nutritional Supplement Bitter Almond Extract Vitamin B17 Amygdalin

"Vitamin B17" is not a B vitamin (because none of its components can act as a coenzyme). It is chemically a compound of two sugar molecules, benzaldehyde (benzaldehyde) and cyanide (cyanide), named Amygdalin.

Amygdalin mainly exists in apricot, almond, peach, nectarines, loquat, plum, apple, black cherry and other nuts and leaves. Amygdalin skin does not contain amygdalin.

Amygdalin is a β -glycoside composed of gentian disaccharide and amygdalin, molecular formula: C20H27NO11, molecular weight: 457.43.
The trihydrate is a ring-square columnar crystal with a melting point of 200ºC, and the melting point of anhydrous is about 20ºC, [α] : 20D-42ºC. 1g soluble in 12mlH2O, 900ml ethanol and 11ml ethanol, soluble in boiling water.
