Salvia (scientific name: Salvia japonica Thunb.) is a Labiatae, sage annual herb. Stems erect, plant height 30-100 cm, plant clusters, plants are pilose. Stems are tetragonal, and hairy slightly lignified. Leaves opposite, oblong, green veins conspicuous, glabrous on both surfaces, glandular below, Dense roots.
