What's Glutathione?

Glutathione (GSH) is an antioxidant in plants, animals, fungi, and some bacteria and archaea.Which as an active tripeptide, comprised of three amino acids: glutamic acid (Glu), cysteine (Cys), and glycine (Gly).S-Acetyl-L-glutathione is a derivative of glutathione and a potent antioxidant and cell protectant.
Glutathione is a peptide composed of three amino acids, including glutamic acid, cysteine, and glycine.
In S-acetyl-L-glutathione, the hydroxyl group (OH) of glutathione is replaced by an acetyl group (CH3CO).
